Shipping Policy

At IPRETTY CO., LTD., we specialize in the wholesale export of authentic Japanese beauty, personal care, household, baby, and FMCG products to customers worldwide.

1. Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are supplied under:

FOB (Free On Board) - Japan

The buyer is responsible for arranging international freight, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and all costs incurred after the goods are handed over to the designated carrier.

If alternative shipping terms such as CIF, DAP, DDP, or other Incoterms are required, please specify your request when submitting an RFQ. Availability depends on destination, order volume, and logistics arrangements.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

Freight charges, customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, storage charges, and other destination-related expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Order Processing Time

Most products are sourced from authorized suppliers after order confirmation.

Estimated lead times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on:

• Product availability
• Supplier inventory
• Seasonal demand
• Manufacturer production schedules
• Transportation conditions

Final lead times will be confirmed during the quotation process.

4. Delivery Estimates

Any shipping or delivery dates provided by IPRETTY are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Manufacturers
• Logistics providers
• Shipping carriers
• Customs authorities
• Government regulations
• Natural disasters
• Force majeure events

5. Customs and Import Requirements

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with all local laws, regulations, registration requirements, labeling requirements, and customs procedures in their destination country.

IPRETTY does not guarantee that any product will meet specific regulatory requirements outside Japan.

6. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier or otherwise transferred in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

7. Export Documentation

Where applicable, IPRETTY may provide standard export documents, including:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Certificate of Origin (if available)
• Other export documents as agreed
