We export authentic Japanese beauty, personal care and daily goods to B2B buyers worldwide. Below is how our shipping terms, methods and lead times work.
Trade Terms
All orders are quoted on an FOB (Free On Board) Japan basis. Your quoted price covers the products and export handling in Japan; international freight, insurance, and any import duties or taxes at the destination are arranged on the buyer's side and confirmed at the time of quotation.
Shipping Methods
We select the most suitable method for each order based on its size and the specific products:
- Smaller orders — shipped by international courier (FedEx) for speed and door-to-door tracking.
- Larger orders — shipped by sea freight, which is more economical at volume.
Because the optimal method depends on the weight, volume and nature of the goods, the final method is evaluated per order and confirmed before shipment.
Delivery Lead Times
Transit time varies by destination and method. A typical example:

Import Duties & Customs
Under FOB terms, import duties, customs clearance and local taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. We provide the export documentation required to support clearance in your country.
